Crafton Judge at Lincoln SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 12. — Frederic C. Crafton has been appointed by Peter J. ODonnell, general manager of the Lincoln Fields Racing. Association, to serve as a placing judge during the first week of the Lincoln Fields meeting which opens Tuesday and will be conducted at Washington Park. Crafton, who has acted in an official capacity at Various Chicago tracks for a number of year*, i* clerk of scales at tni meeting.
