New Birmingham Newspaper BIRMINGHAM, Ala., May 12 UP. — The Birmingham Post-Herald, a new Scripps-Hbward newspaper, will make its first appearance in the morning field here Monday. The present Scripps-Howard afternoon paper, the Birmingham Post,, will be discontinued with tomorrows edition. The announcement was made today by the Post and the Birmingham News managements. The, News now publishes the Birmingham Age-Herald, which will be discontinued with tomorrow mornings edition*
