Washingtons Irv Noren Undergoes Appendectomy WASHINGTON. D. C, May 12 UP . — Irv Noren, 0,000 freshman outfielder of the Washington Senators, was scheduled to undergo an operation for removal of his appendix today. Calvin Griffith, general manager of the ball club, said Noren will be out of uniform at least three weeks. , Noren became ill yesterday. Dr. George Resta, club physician decided surgery was necessary.
