Wisconsin Colt Stakes Popular The annual program of colt stakes sponsored by the Wisconsin Breeders and Harness Horse Association are growing more popular each year as is attested this season by the fact that the yearly Belvidere Jair meeting in northern Illinois has acquired permission to stage a set of the juvenile stakes. Other locations this year for the Badgers races are at Monroe, Elkhorn, Beaver Dam and Milwaukee, all in Wisconsin.
