Sackett in Front Again RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 6. — Jockey Billy Sackett is currently in the lead of riding honors with six victories to his credit. He wound up leading rider at this sesison in 1950 and again appears to be on his way to duplicate that feat. Billy was also leading rider at the recently concluded Beulah Park meeting at Grove*City before arriving at River Downs.
