Goal Withdraws as Candidate For HBPA Vice-Presidency WASHINGTON PARK, Hoinewood, 111., June 6. — Al; Gaal, who had been a candidate for the vice-presidency of the HBPA, announced that he has withdrawn his name from the balloting in favor of Joseph Kohout, who, aside from being a horseman, is a member of the Illinois state legislature. Kohout will contest the election with Larry Thompson.
