Toneff Joins Forty-Niners SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., May 20 UP . — Bob Toneff, giant Notre Dame All-American tackle, today signed his 1952 contract with the San Francisco Forty-Niners of the National Professional Football League, Toneff weighs 245 pounds, stands six feet, two inches tall. He played on both offense and defense for Notre Dame.
