Salvador Dewain Dies GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 20.-— Salvador Dewain, 44, an exercise boy in the employ of; N., L. Byer, died yesterday while working out one of Byers horses at Garden State Park. The rider was stricken with, a heart attack while on the track, and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the Cooper Hospital in Camden.
