Bassett at Omaha Opening AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., May 20.— Ike Bassett, central division manager of the Jockeys. Guild, flew in from Chicago, and, conferred with the numerous reinsmen at the local course. Bassett will; enplane tomorrow for Fairmount Park, then journey on to Detroit for Fridays opening of the Michigan Racing Association track.
