New Jersey Notes GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 20. Arthur "French" Bowen this morning made out registration as the trainer of R. E. Bentons Dollargof ast and A. Rothausers Joans Jill. Bowen expects to add to his stable within a few days with three or four horses from other owners. Tommy Bonham still commands the top spot as leading trainer at the current meeting. After 14 days of racing he has six winners. Prank Catrone is second with five winners. Fred H. Parks today began his duties as steward at Garden State Park, and will serve out the remainder of the 25-day ses sion. Parks succeeds Calvin Rainey who moves over to Delaware Park in a similar capacity. During the first three weeks of racing at Garden State Park, 297,432 patrons passed through the turnstiles. The average daily attendance was 19,828. In the same period last spring there were 252,978 racegoers, or a daily average of 16,865.
