Awards for Nebraska-Breds AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., May 20.— As during the past in several years 3 per cent of the first money of every purse won in the state of Nebraska by a Nebraska-bred horse shall be paid to the breeder of the winning "horse. This regulation, handed down by the Nebraska Racing Commission, applies to all races. Owners must have their breeders certificates. Racing secretary Linus Pierce has carded one race a day for Nebraska breds in his first con-| dition book. I
