Pair of Rookie Linemen Sign With Dallas Texans DALLAS, Texas, May 24 UP. The Dallas Texans of the National Football League added two more rookie linemen to their roster today. Latest to .send in signed contracts were Pat Cannamela, rugged Southern California linebacker, and Russ Hudeck; a defensive tackle for Texas A. and M. Cannamela, from New London, Conn., starred at Ventura Junior College for two years before moving to USC, where he was a standout defensive man. Hudeck, a rangy 235-pounder, lettered three years at Texas A. and M. He lives at Houston, Texas.
