Tom Foley, Australian Racing Official, Views Detroit Sport DETROIT, Mich., May 24. Tom Foley, racing official and comments tor from Bris bane, Australia, was a visitor here today during his four-day stay in Detroit. He is making an eight-week tour of the United States by plane. Saturday provided Foley with his first opportunity to see American racing. Earlier he was deprived of a chance to watch them run in Chicago because of the strike at Sportsmans Park.
