Ground Two Bel Air Riders BEL AIR, Md., May 24. The Bel Air stewards have suspended jockeys Woodrow Kirk and Vic Bovine for the remainder of the current meeting. Kirks offense was astride Evenesta in Fridays sixth race, while Bovine was grounded for his ride atop San Chu in Fridays third race.
