Rule for Horses Outside Track OCEANPORT, N. J., June 3.— Monmouth Parks first condition book contains a rule that all horses not stabled on the grounds must be in the receiving barn by 12 oclock noon on the day of their races. This is in order to comply with regulations covering examination by the track veterinarian.
