Walker received the two-year-old colt, Dis Pete, a son of Dispose and Victory Wise, from River Downs. Dis Pete is the property of Mr. and Mrs. T. F. Baus, of Columbus, Ohio. Phil Grosser reported that he sent the six-year-old mare, Never Want, to Kenil-_ worth Farm, Windsor, Ontario, and she will be bred in season. Never Want is the property of the Detroit turfman, Thomas L. Graham. Howard C. Hoffman, Arlington Farms trainer, sent the four-year-old gelding, Scott Russell, to Ascot Park, where the plater will be conditioned by B. D. Matkin. T. M. Girdler, of Cleveland, Ohio, who has several horses in training here in charge of Kenneth Noe, came over for Fri- days and Saturdays sport. Sanders Jones, of Louisville, Ky., is a I Detroit visitor, the guest of Kenny Noe.
