J., June 21. — Jockey Bennie Green was find 0 by the Monmouth Park stewards today for a frivolous claim of foul in the second race here yesterday. Jockey Green finished third astride the two-year-old Confederacy and lodged objections against goth the wining Melanesian and the second horse, High Hatter.
