New Detroit Book Out DETROIT, Mich., June 21.— Racing sec-retary-handicapper Charles McLennan issued his third book of conditions for the Detroit Race Course current meeting, the leaflet covering the programs of June 25 through July 10. The most important event scheduled during the 14-day racing period is the 0,000 Michigan Mile, a handicap for three-year-olds and older, slated for renewal on July 4. The overnight feature closes for entries Wednesday, July 2.
