USTA Board to Hear Three Appeals at Westbury Tomorrow ROOSEVELT RACEWAY, Westbury, L. T„ N. Y., June 21. — An appeals hearing on three cases will be heard by District Board No. 9 of the United States Trotting Association on Tuesday, June 24, at 10:00 a. m. at Roosevelt Raceway. Eugene J. Hayes, of the Hayes Fair Acres Stable of DuQuoin, 111., has challenged two decisions and Frank Ervin the third. Hayes filed one appeal on the disqualification of Pronto Don at Yonkers on May 23 and the other upon the failure of the judges to penalize Good Time on May 24 at Yonkers. Ervin filed his appeal against the judges disqualification of Good Time and five-day suspension handed him at Roosevelt Raceway June 7.
