Petitions Filed in Court Against Las Vegas Track LAS VEGAS, Nev., June 16. At a Federal hearing held here recently before referee in bankruptcy Beniio M. Brink, John Mowbray, representing the McNeil Construction Company, entered three petitions against the defunct Las Vegas Jockey Club. They were as follows: 1. That McNeil mechanics liens are ahead of the bondholders. 2. That the bonds, in fact, are only stock and in no way are to be given preferential rating. 3. That records of the minutes of the Las Vegas Jockey Club be turned over to the court by the resident agent for the corporation, Clifford Jones. The hearing on these petitions is scheduled to be heard in Federal Court her beginning July 6, 1954.
