Baldwins Visit ThistleDown THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio,: June 16. Jockey Ronald Baldwin, currently the leading rider at Lincoln Fields, was a visitor here on Tuesday. He was accompanied by his parents. Baldwin comes from nearby Warren, Ohio, and rode in this section as an apprentice. He is now serving a 10-day suspension and resumes his riding activity in the Chicago area next Tuesday.
