Shift in Racing Officials THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 16. There will be a shift in the assignment of racing officials at this track after Saturdays program. J. Fred Colwill, who has been in the stewards stand since the opening, will leave for Cumberland, where he again takes over the post of racing secretary at that 10-day meeting opening, on June 23. Colwill, who will return to ThistleDown after the close of the Cumberland session, will be replaced locally for the next two weeks by John OKeeffe.
