Dawns Delight to Bernwood LOS ANGELES, Calif., April 30. — The high - class broodmare, Dawns Delight, three-quarters sister to the San Juan Capis-trano winner, St. Vincent, has been booked to Bernwood. Dawns Delight, five- year-old daughter of Blue Peter — Light of Day, by Hyperion, was imported recently by Alberta Ranches. St. Vincent is by Ocean Swell, a son of Blue Peter and out of Light of Day. The mating will be a royal one, as Bernwood, who ran the fastest mile by a three-year-old in world history-, Is by Bern-borough from Miss Dogwood, by Bull Dog — Myrtlewood.
