2:30 Post at Beujah Park GROVE CITY, Ohio, April 30.— Robert J. Dienst, Beulah, Parks president and general manager, today said that a 2:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time starting time will be observed throughout Beulahs 20-day meeting May 7-30. All of the officials for the meeting thus far announced by Dienst are holdovers from previous years. These include: Stewards — E. W. Stribling, Tom Sanford and Monte Weil; Racing Secretary — E. W.
