DIRECTORS MEETING AT NEW ORLEANS. Dr. MacDiarmid Re-elected President — More Stakes and Bijger Purses Next Year. New Orleans. I,a.. ;,[ay S. Dr. G. A. MacDiar-mid was agaia re elected president; I. P.. Kenny-son, supervisor and manager, and Behcet S. Kddy. Jr.. secretary and treasurer yesterday by the stockholders of the Business Mens Racing Association, who first voted for directors, after which a meeting was held. Besides the alxpve. John Dillion, Phillip Pete, A. A. Marx. Arthur Del Orto. A. D. Stewart and Victor Leheaa were elected directors. It was decided to hold a larger and better racing meeting hi re next year, and because of the shortness of the season, to give bigger purses each day and to have more stake races. The directors believe this will attract the best class of horses in the country.
