CONTROL BODY FOR ONTARIO TORONTO, Ont., May 30. An important step towards settling the differences between the breeders and race track operators in Ontario was taken Wednesday morning when, at a meeting between representatives of the Thoroughbred Breeders Association of Canada and th"e, Orpcn confederacy, controlling four tracks, Long Branch and Duf-f erin Park in Toronto, Kenilworth in Windsor and the London Turf Club in London, formation of a body to regulate racing in the province of Ontario was agreed upon, according to an official statement issued by A. M. Orpen of the Orpen group, and George Hardy, president of the breeders organization.
