Happy Go Lucky to Be Pointed : For Peabody Memorial Here HAWTHORNE, Cicero, HI., May 15.— Harold C. Bockman, who will be represented by Prince Marque in the Joliet Stakes, which is down for decision Saturday, has made the necessary arrangements to return to Churchill Downs Saturday where Happy Go Lucky, who is also owned by Bockman, will fulfill an engagement. Joe Bollero will saddle the juvenile Prince Marque for Bockman in the Joliet. Plans are for Happy Go Lucky to start in the Peabody Memorial after his arrival here from the Downs. Should he show to advantage in the local stake, Bockman will Ship him to New York for e Belmont.
