KHALED Khaled Offspring Doing Well at Hollywood Meet Average Almost Win a Day, Stake Every Other Day for 13 Programs HOLLYWOOD PARK, Inglewood," Calif., June 4. — Rex C. Ellsworths Hyperion sire Khaled continues to dominate the breeding end of the current Hollywood Park meeting which, on Monday, completed 13 days of its 53-day meeting. Sons and daughter of the chestnut Aga Khan-bred 12-year-old have averaged almost a win a day and a stakes every other day. Eleven of them have won 12 races, including five stakes and total earnings of 22,537.50. Khaleds stakes winners have been El Drag, Like Magic, Bequeath", Karim and Swaps. In money earned, the sire "nearest to Khaled is another son of Hyperion and another Aga Khan-bred. This is Alibhai, now standing in Kentucky at Leslie Combs n.s Spendthrift Farm. Alibhai has had five winners of five races, including one stake, and earnings of 0,125. Alidon, winner of the Argonaut, is Alibhais stakes winner. Sire of two winners,, both of them stakes, is Fair Truckle, a Fail- Trial stallion standing at Peter Strubs Chino Place. Fair Truckle has sent out Focus, winner of a division of the Cabrillo Stakes, and Fair Molly, successful in the Goose Girl. The three leading sires at the meeting to date are all imports..
