Conrad, Campbell, Cudd To Play for French Crown ST. ANNES, England, June 4 UP.— Bill Campbell, U. S. Walker Cup captain from Huntington, W. Va., said today he, Bruce Cudd of Portland, Ore;, and Lt. Joe Conrad of San Antonio, who won the British Amateur, Saturday, were the only members of the squad who would play in the French Amateur Golf Championship, beginning June 8 at Chantilly. At the British golf writers meeting here last night, John Burton was picked to represent England in the seniors challenge match against the United States. Mortie Dutra of Los Angeles, winner of the U. S. Senior professional title in January, will represent his country in the match. It will be played at the Williamwood Club Course, Glasgow, Scotland, June 29.
