JOCKEY LYNE SIGNS A CONTRACT. New York, March 24. Lucien Lyne has signed a contract to ride this year for Frank J. Farrell and David C. Johnson. Lyne, who is now at Lexington, Ky., will report for duty at Gravesend in ten days. Tills engagement means Lyne, when the weights .are not too light, will haudle Roscben, Jacquiri, Arklirta, Clark Griffith, Keator, King Pepper, and the two-year-olds that are in the hands of trainer Frank D. Weir.
