CHANGES IN OFFICIALS AT NEW ORLEANS. New Orleaus, La., March 24. There will be a change in officials at both tracks on Monday. Judges Clarence McDowell and Joseph A. Murphy left tonight for Washington to take up their duties at the Bennings meeting. Martin Nathanson will preside in the stand at Crescent Park and will have as his associate. Judge Hall, who will be succeeded as paddock judge by Harry White. Judge Murphys place in the stand and secretarys Office at City Park will be takeu by George H. Kuhl.
