PHILLIPS SHIPS TO CITY PARK. Jack Phillips has shipped ids string of fourteen horses to City Park. Phillips-has been greatly disappointed in Jack Dolan, but believes the horse will come back to his form at New Orleans. He hopes to have Farrell, the midget rider, who was put under the ban on the northern circut, restored to good standing and predicts that the lad will make good in a big way.
