"TINY" WILLIAMS "FIRED" AS TOUT. The eastern race track IMnkertons have been hard after the ex-jockey touts all season. The latest to fall into their clutches and out of the race track is B. Tiny Williams, who was ejected from Graresend Thursday. It isnt so long ago that "Tiny" Williams, who now weighs 100 pounds, was one of the crack riders of the west and the bane of all the starters. In his day there was no barrier and Williams stock trick was to get his mount into good motion from the rear and at the rail ami be off to a llyiug start, which took him to the front in the first hundred yards or so. He was engaged by owners for this specialty though lie was a good rider and a resolute one in a finish. But he was the bane of ; starters Caldwell and Sheridan especially, and was l more often under suspension than in action.
