PONY RACE AT HIGH WEIGHTS. New York, October IS. A three-cornered match race will be run after the last race tomorrow between Orton Dobbie, Cloisteress and Maud Magnum. These ponies will be ridden respectively by Elliott Cowdin, Larry Waterbury and Arthur Pell. The race will be run over a three-furlong straightaway course, and each starter must carry 21S pounds. There is a big side bet on the result. Elliott Cowdin is unable to get below 21S. Both Waterbury nnd Poll will have to carry lead pails weighing seventy pounds or more.
