ANOTHER BREEDING BUREAU SIRE. Faulconbridge is the latest addition to the list of the Jockey Club Breeding Bureau. He has been presented to the bureau for service up-state by James B. Brady. Faulconbridge is seven years old, and was bred by the late A. J. Cas-satt at Chesterbrook Stud, and is by Tho Bard Roulette. He ran his first race when a two-year-old at Sheepshead Bay September 1, 1002, under the colors of F. C. McLewee. His last appearance under colors was at Oakland, February 13, 1004, when he van last in a field ot thirteen in the Palace Hotel Handicap. His best performances wore his mile and an eighth at Oakland in 1:511 and his second to Runnels over the Withers mile when he was only beaten by a noe in the fast time of He won two races in 1903. one at Saratoga and the other at Gravosend. lie was owned and trained that year by A. W. Fox, who afterward sold him to F. Houseman. In whoso name Faulconbridge ran his las races. In conformation the Jockey Club has not a stallion in their colled ion more admirably adapted for its brooding bureau than Faulconbridge. Ho is a chestnut in color, stands sixteen hands high and is well proportioned. An accident in training which lamed him permanently, was the cause of his retirement from the turf.
