AMERICAN TURF ASSOCIATION MEETS. Louisville, Ky., October IS. The regular meeting of the American Turf Association was held at Seclbach Hotel yesterday. Those present were: Matt J. Winn of Louisville, representing the new Louisville Jockey Club and Congressman Rhinocks holdings in Latonia; Edward Corrigan of Hawthorne, W. J. Heaslip of New Orleans, and W. J. OBrien of Chicago. Among the matters acted upon was the request for the reinstatement of the mare, Cornscate. It was proved that Doc Perry, who was ruled off, was not her owner, and the mare was reinstated. She was owned by a man in Ohio named Stevens. Steve LHomniedieu, the bookmaker, applied for reinstatement, but his case was referred back to the New Louisville Jockey Club for further action. The case pf U. S. Wishard, who applied for reinstatement, was referred back to the New Orleans Jockey Club.
