STRENGTHENING THE MACKENZIE STABLE. New York. June 9. — Edwin Wliyte. trainer for the Mackeuzies. of Canada, is here looking for a good three-year old. Mr. Whvtc recently bought Direct from William J. Young, but wants to further strengthen the stable, Tourenne, a son of Oddfellow, for which the Mackeuzies paid 0,000 three years ago. is on tlie shelf. He wintered satisfactorily, but recently be developed a stone bruise and he is now down with a case of blood poisoning.
