LINNELL AGAIN IN GOOD STANDING. New York. June f. — Earl Linnell. the owner of Stack Mate. who was fined and sus-t tended at Belmont Park for failing to have his horse in the paddock before a race in which Black Mate was carded to start. is in good standing again. The Jockey Club sustained the punishment inflicted upon Mr. Linnell by the Westchester stewards at a meeting held Saturday, but yesterday Fred Rohborgi r. the Brooklyn secretary, was told over the telephone I bat he might accept I.innells entries. Mr. Linnell has paid his line of ¥2* HI.
