"The provincial secretary has sent a letter informing us that the Metropolitan Racing Association must take out a license in the Province of Ontario, and on behalf of my clients I have replied, pointing out that as the object of the Jletropolitan Racing Association is not gain, they need not take out a provincial license." said attorney Hartley II.
