MORE CHARGES AGAINST "NIGHT RIDERS." New York. September 18. Additional charges were preferred against John Stroebel and "Vvhitoy Thomas, former jockey and race-track tout, respectively, who took Walter S. Houses race horse, Ostend, from his stall at dawn on the morning of September 4 and raced him nround the track until all chances for his success in the race in which he was entered that day were killed. When Stroebel ami Thomas wore brought before Magistrate Hylau in the Coney Island Police Court yesterday forexainiuation, their bail of ,0tK each wa continued on the old charge of grand larceny, preferred bv Mr. House. Ipon the charge of burglary, additional bail of ,000 each was demanded The" a charge of malicious mischief against them was made. Another ,000 was tacked on the ball of each.
