MORE CHARGES AGAINST "NIGHT RIDERS." New York. September 18. Additional charges were preferred against John Stroebel and "Vvhitoy Thomas, former jockey and race-track tout, respectively, who took Walter S. Houses race horse, Ostend, from his stall at dawn on the morning of September 4 and raced him nround the track until all chances for his success in the race in which he was entered that day were killed.
