FALL RACING PLANS IN MARYLAND. Baltimore. Md.. June 3.— The Havre de Grace management is preparing for its fall meeting. It is understood that the Jockey Club has been asked to grant dates from September 12 to 30, inclusive. If this is done. Havre de Once will get in thirty days this year, just what the law allows in Harford County. The plant ran thirteen days in the spring and asks for seventeen in the fall. Although the Bowie meeting will not take place until the latter part of November, improvements will l e made there lietwccn now and then. The Pennsylvania railroad and the promoters expect to have the spur from the main line to the track completed Isfore the meeting begins, and if this is done race patrons will be able to get to the course over two routes, the other being the electric line.
