XOPHIME IS AT TORONTO TORONTO, Ont., May 22.— Tom McCreery - arrived from New York with Xophime and j Carabinier, the Middle Neck Farm candidates . for the 0,000 Woobine Steeplechase I Saturday. Xophime is a five-year-old j mare by Port Royal— Old Hag, which cost t her present owner 225,000 francs last winter. In the year of 1923 she was one of the best t jumpers in France, winning 141,590 francs in i the course of a campaign of fourteen races. ;. She won five of them, including the Presi-dente - de la Republique, the most important t steeplechase in that country. Xophime has s not started since coming to America. J.
