MODNA raced close up from the start and, moving up steadily in the last quarter, finished fast and outstayed WESTWOOI. The latter ran a good race, hut began tiring in the last eighth. WIDGEON cyme from far ba k in the last eighth and finished gamely. SWAY closed a big gap. MISS MAZIE also closed a great gap and finished fast. JOHN Q. KELLY set a fast pace to the stretch and quit. The latter had to overcme early interference, but finished fast after saving much ground on the last turn. CAPTAIN SCHNELLER had no mishaps and paced well, but tired in the last sixteenth. TRY AGAIN fir.ished Lust. PARSIAN MAID was crowded back on the first turn. BISKRA quit badly after leading to the stretch turn. RKPEATER was allowed to drop too far back, but came fast and gamely when ridden hard in the stretch. BYE BYE raced well, but was tiring badly at the end. KIRKLEVINGTON closed a gap. DUSTABOUT ran a good race and was running fast at the end. ALICE BLUE GOWN began slowly and, after being far back, was ridden wide into the stretch and closed a big gap. LEOPARDESS si-t a fast pace, but quit badly after sh wing the most speed to the stretch. WILL LAND ran a fast half.
