JOCKEY JENKINS SET DOWN 1 r MONTREAL, Que., May 22.— The first ruling of the Mt. Royal meeting came out t of the second race Wednesday and resulted in jockey V. Jenkins being set down indefinitely. - Jenkins astride Brass Band, [, swerved into Jota, which in turn collided I with Ossaleen, knocking the latter into the e inner rail and destroying any chance she e might have iiad. Brass Band went on into o the lead, but barely lasted to stand off the e fast-closing rush of Ring Rose, while Jota x came on again to be third.
