NIAGARA FALLS RACING NEAR NIAGARA FALLS, Ont.. June 6.— M. C. Dewer, general manager of the Belleville Driving and Athletic Association, announces the appointment cf the following officials for the associations meeting at the Niagara Falls track, June 14 to 21: Paul J. Miles, presiding steward at Thorncliffe, will hold a similar position at the Falls track. K. C St. Pere. M. P., of Montreal and J. L. Van-stone of Niagara Falls will be associate stewards. Eugene W. Bury, now officiating at Kempton Park, will be the presiding judge and racing secretary. B. Jacobs of Toronto will be associate judge and clerk of the scales. George Palmer, now at Thorncliffe, will be the starter. Andrew Shearer of Montreal will be timer. Two carloads of horses were shipped from Maple Heights, Cleveland, Ohio, to the Falls yesterday. W. A. Waters shipped a carload of hcrses from Montreal today. Several Canadian -breds are already at the track and during the meeting there will be a number of events for canadian-breds.
