! j j ; i j. ā€” PARKE NOW OUT OF DANGER Crack Jockeys Condition Satisfactory to Attending Physician ā€” Rapid Recovery Expected. CINCINNATI, Ohio, June Cā€” The condition of jockey Ivan Parke, stable rider for the Harry Payne Whitney racing establishment, late today was pronounced very satisfactory by his attending physician. It was stated that Parke had passed a gcod day and that the lad was more cheerful. His physician, Dr. J. B. Miller, intimated broadly that Parke had practically passed the danger point. Hospital authorities said that in all probability he would be permitted to have visitors on Saturday, or Sunday at the latest. Thus far oniy his immediate friends are permitted to disturb him. It probably will be a month or six weeks before Parke is seen in riding colors again. The youngster, hospital authorities intimated, would be advised to refrain from following his chosen occupation, so as to avoid any adverse results from his operation. - A .
