JENKINS LEASES JUMPERS BALTIMORE, Md.. April 13— Spalding Lowe Jenkins, president of the Maryland State Fair, the organization racing at Laurel each fall, will show his colors in jumping races this year. He has leased Resarf, Paddle and Red Clover and turned them over to Theodore Coles to train. This means they will be in good hands, for Coles is a thorough horseman and has for many years been a strong supporter of jumpers and their doings. The horses are now at Pimlico and, if they can be made ready, will be sent over to Havre de Grace for some of the races which may be conditioned to suit them.
