In races of intermediate lengths the weights for the shorter distances shall he carried. In races exclusively for three-year-olds or four-year-olds the weight shall be x26 pounds and for two-year-olds 122 pounds. Except in handicaps and in races where the conditions expressly state to the contrary, fillies two years old shall be allowed three pounds and fillies and mares three years old and upward shall be allowed five pounds before September 1 and three pounds thereafter. Welter weights shall be 28 pounds added to the weight-for-age. In all handicaps, except selling handicaps, when the added money exceeds 00, the top weight shall not be less than 12G pounds. No gelding three years old or over sha1 be qualified to start in any race closing seventy-two hours or more before the date of running, except handicaps and selling races This rule shall not apply to horses gelde.l prior to February 13, 1919. No horse shall carry less than 84 pounds in any race. KENTUCKY STATE RACING COMMISSION. In races of intermediate lengths the weights for the shorter distances shall be carried. In races exclusively for three-year-olds or four-year-olds the weight shall be 126 pounds, and for two-year-olds 122 pounds. Except in handicaps and in races where the conditions expressly state to the contrary, fillies two years old shall be allowed three pounds and fillies and mares three I years old and upward shall be allowed five , pounds before September 1 and three pounds i thereafter. No horse shall carry less than i 84 pounds. Welter weights shall be 28 pounds added to the weight-for-age. In heavy handicaps the top weight shall not be less than 140 pounds. In all handicaps, when the added money exceeds , the top weight shali not be less than 120 pounds. CANADIAN RACING ASSOCIATIONS. In races of intermediate lengths the weight for the shorter distances shall be carried. In races exclusively for three-year-olds or four-year-olds the weight shall be 126 pounds, and for two-year-oMs 122 pounds. Except in handicaps and in races where the conditions expressly state to the contrary, fillies two years old and mares three years old and upward shall be allowed five i pounds before September 1 and three pounds thereafter. Mares of all ages shall be allowed three pounds. Welter weights shall be 2S pounds added to the weight-for-age. In heavy handicaps the I top weight shall not be less than 140 pounds. In all handicaps, when the added money exceeds 00, the top weight shall not bo t ■ess than 126 pounds. CUBA-AMERICA JOCKEY CLUB. In races of intermediate lengths the weights for shorter distances shall be carried. In races exclusively for two-year-olds, 113 pounds. In handicaps, when the added money exceeds 00, the top weight shall not be less than 116 pounds. Except in handicaps and in races where the conditions state to the contrary, fillie* two years old and mares three years old and upward shall be allowed five pounds before September 1 and three pounds thereafter.
