VICTIM OF "NIGHT EIDERS" BOWIE, Md., April 13.— It was only through an error that R. W. Carters two-year-old filly Cozy was not a victim of the "night riders" last night. Flying Flag, a two-year-old in an adjoining stall, was taken out and chased down the road and it was evident that the treatment was intended for Cozy, but the wrong box was opened. Trainer True-nan discharged one of his stable hands Saturday and suspicion points to him as the culprit. s
