Won driving; second and third the same. LUCKY DOLLAR raced LUCKY LOU into early defeat, and outgamed ZAINER in the final drive. The latter hung after getting to the winners head in the stretch. BLACK RULER moved up steadily after rounding the far turn and finished resolutely. FRANK SUMPTEK could never improve his position. WINCHESTER appeared to be sore. The latter set a good pace and tired slightly near the end. MARY J. raced in closest pursuit until midway of the stretch then tired, but held third place safe. LITTLE PAL could never get up. LOUISE WAGNER tired badly and quit in the stretch. SAM SMITH was never prominent.
